How It Works

Order Process - 100 Kilos or Less

DGI Gold Investors will order, ship, and deliver kilos of gold bullion (999.9 % fine gold) to Buyer.
The Buyer will receive a discounted purchase price off of the current Kitco, New York U.S. kilo gold bullion bid price in USD.
After custom clearance, DGI Gold Investors will send an invoice to the Buyer setting the total purchase price for the gold kilo order, including pro-rated clearance fees and shipping costs.
The Buyer will have 12 hours after receipt of the invoice to send full payment to an established third-party escrow account.
Special Note: Kilo purchase price is set at time of invoice generation. All invoices will note a time of generation.
DGI Gold Investors must receive full payment within 12hrs. to lock in the gold kilo purchase price. Payments received outside of the 12hr. period may require a kilo purchase price revision, up or down.
After the escrow account receives full payment, DGI Gold Investors will arrange order shipment to Buyer's designated delivery address. (continental U.S. only).
The shipping company will directly verify order shipment via waybill to buyer and escrow account manager.
After order shipment verification, escrow funds will be released to DGI Gold Investors, and order will ship the same day.
All orders are final and non-refundable once DGI Gold Investors receives payment.
The gold bullion ships directly from Miami Florida,
Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses including insurance.
DGI Gold Investors will ship all orders via Ferrari Express. Ferrari Express is world-wide transportation company certified in the shipping and handling of high value materials, bullion, gems, and jewelry.

Bulk Ordering Process - 100 Kilos or More

Orders of 100 kilos or more will be process as noted above with the following (3) modifications.

The full invoiced amount must be received in the escrow account prior to DGI Gold Investors gold kilo purchase. A large bulk kilo purchase above DGI Gold Investors normal purchase amount may cause supplier issues if the bulk order is not accounted for once it has cleared customs.
The bulk Buyer will be invoiced 4 weeks prior to custom clearance and once the bulk order amount is secured.
The invoice will set the total amount of the gold kilo purchase price, custom clearance, and shipping fees. Once the gold has cleared customs, the order will be shipped to the Buyer.
